Xi'an Biang Biang Noodle or Dumpling Making Class

I learnt making noodle / dumpling from my mom when I was a little boy, and I could eat 60 big dumplings in a time and had 3 times noodle in a day. I always think noodle and dumpling are best foods in China or maybe even in this world! I know how to make good noodle and dumpling. So join me in this 3 - 4 hours experience and learn to make and to eat them like locals. First, we will meet in a meeting point and then go to a local market to get what we need for making noodle or dumpling. Then we will walk to a cozy local family. By the way, we will see some local life and get to know something about the city. After a short view of the family we will start our class and going to make our amazing dumpling / noodle then.
