One of China's most enduringly popular holiday spots, Hángzhōu's (杭州) dreamy West Lake panoramas and fabulously green hills can easily tempt you into long sojourns. Eulogised by poets and applauded by emperors, the lake has intoxicated the Chinese imagination for aeons. Discover the ancient Hangzhou on this fully guided tour. Explore the UNESCO site like West Lake - my favorite in southern China which I have visited dozens of times personally and with my family. During this tour, you will have enough time for the west lake, we will take the sigtseeing boat the historic isle on the lake, we will visit a the Hangzhou style classical garden of the richest Chinese man in Qing dynasty in old city and also visit a sacred temple to enjoy the nice view of Leifeng Tower. Plus, we will visit Longjing village-the origin of the most important Chinese green tea, have a nice hiking there.
Morning: - Private air-con vehicle pick up. - Drive to Hangzhou old town . -- About 2. 5 hours - Visit Hu Xueyan mansion -- About 45 minutes - Wander in Hengfang Road and enjoy local lifestyle. About 1 hour and half (including lunch time) Free time for lunch by yourself with my help Afternoon: - Visit Jingci Temple -- About 45 minutes - Take a sightseeing boat on west lake. About 45 minutes - 30 minutes drive to Longjing village - Have a light hike on hill among tea farms, taste a nice tea. (no shopping)--About 1 hour - Back to Shanghai.
