To some people The Great Wall is the highlight of the whole trip to China. They would like to use their limited time to visit more parts of the Great Wall and see the various beautiful views. This itinerary will satisfy their wishes. Having this in mind, in the morning, visiting The Great Wall of Mutianyu, we will use a chairlift to go up, and a toboggan to get back down the wall. I will leave some private time for your family to climb the wall and take some remarkable pictures. After that we can have a relaxing lunch at one of the non-touristy restaurants that I know for delicious authentic Chinese food. Then, in the late afternoon, we will drive to The Great Wall of Huanghuacheng. A special feature here is to take a boat on a small lake to see the wall from the bottom to the top, as well as, climb a section as much as you wish. This tour is flexible and allows you to spend as much time on the wall as you like. No rush!
Your private tour guide and driver will pick you up in your hotel lobby. Drive about 2 hours to the Mutainyu Great Wall: Your opportunity to see one of the Eight Wonders of the World. Take your time (2 to 3 hours) to enjoy, marvel and take pictures at this enormous Wall. With chairlift and toboggan down. Delicious lunch at the local restaurant Huanghuacai Great Wall, the first thing that catches your eye is the reservoir dam, which provides a very good view of the village below the mountain. We will see the first section of the Ming Great Wall, which we will spend about half an hour climbing. After returning to the original path, we will take a speedboat to reach the Centennial Chestnut Garden. We will cross the Centennial Chestnut Garden and climb another section of the Ming Great Wall. We will also pass a beautiful glass bridge and then return to the dock through another section of the Great Wall. We will take a speedboat back to the dock of the dam, which will take about two and a half to three hours
