Visiting Quebec City and Montmorency Falls: walking and driving tour!

As this tour is partly in a car, it is a broaded city tour. The Old Quebec part could be shorter (parking facilities less accessible) but, in counterpart, the city tour will be a wider tour including the entire Plains of Abraham, some streets and districts around and could include a visit at the top of the highest building in Quebec City (l'Observatoire de Québec: not included) from where you will have a panoramic overview of different parts of the city including the St. Laurence River, Island of Orleans, etc. so you visualize the site Samuel de Champlain, the founder of New France in 1608, have chosen and why. 10 minutes away from downtown Quebec, the surprising Montmorency Falls Park (entrance included) is a must. On the premises, I will give you the choice to either take the cable car (not included), or to come down the 487 steps staircase (or up?): in that case, depending of the winds and the flow of the falls, you could get a little bit wet: a light raincoat could be recommended.
