Overview of your Montreal tour:

Take a tour of Montreal's diverse global food cultures without leaving your seat as a diner. This experience is a tasting menu inspired by this city's many foreign foods. Each of the 5 courses are inspired by a different ethnic group from this great food city, including the Caribbean, Asian, Middle Eastern, and European communities. The Chef has been trained in Michelin-star restaurants, luxury hotels, and as a food writer and will guide you through the inspiration and flavors behind each course. The dining site is a historic 19th century era residence in the famous Old Port. The fish, meat, vegetable, and cheeses are sources whenever possible from Quebec. Though relaxed, this is a luxury experience served with artisan-made plates, Laguiole knives, Christofle cutlery, and other details normally only found at top restaurants. Guests will also enjoy a four glass matching beer/wine tasting. Guests can request extra courses for extra cost. Dietary requirements can be adapted to as needed.
