I receive many requests about airport pick up or drop off. YYC airport is 1.5 hours from Banff, so this tour would make an ideal introduction to the region or a wonderful way to visit a few other spots (such as Kananaskis or central Calgary) before flying away. Generally you need to be at the airport two hours before your flight (not more). If I am picking you up, I will wait in the cell phone parking lot for you to call. either way, we can visit some of the Calgary Olympic sites going to / from the airport. We may also take the 'old' 1A route through the Stoney Nakoda First Nation (Reserve) or visit Canmore and its famous Nordic Centre.
The itinerary is entirely customizable according to your plans and arrival or departure time (I have factored in my driving time to / from Banff) We can also make this part of a multi-day package. Generally arrivals are quick at YYC and for International Departures, US Customs lets travellers through no more than two hours before the flight. A sample itinerary would include pick up, then a stop at Canada Olympic Park before driving west, where we meet the mountains and drive through Canmore (with a stop) and into Banff where I will give you an introductory tour.
