The powerful nature of Jasper and Banff National Park are the perfect places to practice mindfulness. We will connect with the incredible nature here on one of the stunning park trails by walking slowly and mindfully absorbing all the sights, smells, and sounds. We will do a part of the hike in silence to completely connect with the pure spaces we are experiencing. We will reach a breath-taking site and there we will do some yoga postures and/or meditate. This is a wonderful opportunity to recharge your spirit! Exceptional opportunities to reflect if you have a major decision to make or just want to re-connect with yourself deeply.
Usually starting early to avoid crowds and see wildlife. I have some secret less travelled gems of places that are perfect for mindfulness. We stay present to every sign that nature will constantly give us and we will be guided by the signs.
