This tour permits you to discover some important faith center which favours the implantation of the Christian religion (Roman Catholic, Protestants such as; Orthodox Catholic, Presbyterian, the Baptist) and Islamic religion in Cameroon. The tour will also help you to discover and appreciate some important humanitarian and other social works that were carried out in some parts of Cameroon by the Missionaries. It shall also permit you discover some very important Historical monuments and bring you closer to nature especially in Limbe and in Buea . We shall visit places like the Bimbia slave trade center, the German cemetery, the botanical gardens and zoo, the old German port of Idenau, the Bismarck fountain, the remnants of volcanic eruption, the 50th Independence monument, University of Buea, tole tea estate, the German Governor ; Von Putkamer's Residence, Buea Handicraft Center for souvenirs lunch and departure for Yaounde.
Day1: Yaounde City tour-Yaounde. Yaounde is considered as the heart of Sanctity, Spirituality and Christianity in Cameroon. The town is well known for its many many churches , mosques , religious sites and grottos for prayers, recollection, retreats & pilgrimages. Day2: Yaounde--Mbalmayo-AKONO visit to the cathedral, seminary, orphanage, lunch take off for AKONO a town of Natural blessings. Arrival and visit the okembe Sared grotto having healing spring, silent meditation, then to the convent, old people's home, diner and night in the retreat center. Day3: AKONO-Akok Bekoé-Yaounde, breakfast take off for the cave , photos, listen to the myths of the cave. Day4: Yaounde-Edea-Limbe. Visit to the first Catholic mission in Cameroon in Mariemberg village, then takeoff for Limbe , a stop in Douala lunch and visit of the Cathedral, Limbe, diner and night. Day5: Limbe-Idenau-Limbe. Visit the Alfred Saker monument, the Engelbert's Catholic Church, 1st Bible printing press. Day6:Yaounde -Buea-Yaounde. End.
