The many walking trails scattered throughout the forest are very popular for leisure and sports. This kaleidoscope of options mixed with several waterfalls, and viewpoints, makes up for one of the most visited attractions in the city. The waterfalls are invigorating spaces for physical and spiritual healing; some are accessible through the trails, while others are easily reached by car. It’s highly recommended to try and bathe into the waters to relieve stress and charge your energy with good vibes, making up for your trip and soul. On one of our favorite walks the guide takes you to the “Waterfall of Souls” . Come engage in a guided experience with a local guide and understand how spiritual life is held by locals’ perspectives who know about nature healing powers.
Hotel Pick up, ride to the Tijuca Rain Forest, bathe on the waters, hike or ride to the next falls. Stop for lunch is optional and can be included with the guide presence or clients can be dropped at the restaurant, returning alone with the driver to the hotel at preset time.

Note that for the forest tour when the transfer is not booked, the tour will require a certain amount of hike. Be prepared with bathing suits, bug spray, and hiking shoes.
