Hiking Tour Black Beach & Curva da Morte Viewpoint

- Our tour begins in Abraao Village towards "Curva da Morte" Viewpoint, where I can tell you more about the name of this viewpoint called "Bend of Death" in a literary translation, from the top we can have one of the best views of Abraao Cove and Baia da Ilha Grande. - The hike in the Atlantic Forest uses the only road that crosses the island and connects Abraao Village and Dois Rios, a village that hosted a maximum-security prison for more than a century. -On the way, we will be passing by Grotto of Santinha, a local tribute to the patron saint of Brazil - Nossa Senhora da Aparecida and with a bit of luck it is possible to observe wildlife such as birds, monkeys, lizards, squirrels, snakes, etc, during the tour. On the descent, we will head towards Praia Preta, a mystical beach with patches of black sand, which houses the ruins of the old Lazareto, a quarantine complex of the 19th century. - We finish our tour with a golden key, visiting the Aqueduct and a Natural Pool perfect to wash your body and sou.
