1 day hiking adventure (10 km round trip) in beautiful wilderness area, no roads, no shops, no TVs, just incredible views and marvelous solitude. A wonderful forested route into the most unspoilt and rugged area of north-eastern Armenia as we head into a deep gorge before descending to cascading waterfalls and the most scenic meadows in Armenia. Follow the hiking trail to reach hidden caves of Lastiver, Armenia's best-kept secret.
- Morning starts with a transfer the peninsula of lake Sevan where we have short hike to Sevanavank continue to the start point of our 10km nature trail-head. - Following our path through the forest the mountain views are stunning with dominating the scene. Walk is not technically challenging but it is steep and if the conditions are wet it can be quite muddy underfoot. Follow the hiking path we reach hidden caves of Lastiver. - Continue to see a waterfall: which is particularly impressive after the rainy season.
