In a very informal atmosphere at Marcela's rustic kitchen overlooking a lush garden by the Chubut river you'll be received with the famous Mate with Torta fritas and also will learn all the codes and secrets of this popular hot beverage of Argentina, after this welcome, come and learn how to prepare some typical specialties of the Argentine cuisine, discover the secrets of a recipe and techniques that have been passed down through the generations. In Marcela's class, you will learn how to prepare juicy beef picadillo, corn (humita) empanadas, and chimichurri while learning more about our traditions and customs into an educational and fun experience, exceptional wines will be served. Now let's enjoy around the table lunch with the fruits of our labor and then an Argentinian sweet as a dessert. The class is given in English but you can always improve your Spanish.
