Asado Argentino, the real experience of food

We are going to learn the secrets of the authentic Argentine Asado from the hand of a local family, where he will receive us in his house in Valle de uco 100km, surrounded by a beautiful view of the Andes, we will learn how to start the fire in a traditional way as we do in Mendoza with firewood. Before starting the cooking class, you will be able to try some of the most famous Argentine cocktails such as fernet, and we will get to work. We will learn how to make the dough for empanadas, and a traditional filling from the Argentine countryside that are meat empanadas cut with a knife. We will prepare our own chimichurri sauce to accompany the roast. We will accompany our host on the grill, where we will learn about different cuts of meat, and their cooking times. Also some ways to cook our vegetables on the grill to accompany the roast. I forgot to mention that we will try a selection of premium Mendoza wines between whites, reds and rosés, where you will also learn about Medoza wines and terroir.
