Budapest, the heart-stealing capital of Hungary is my place of birth and I grew up here. But I have also lived in Coventry, U. K. and New York, N. Y. for a while, where I learnt and improved my English.
As a tour guide, I have 14 years of professional experience with travellers mainly from the U. S. A. , Canada, the U. K. , the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, Korea, and I hope YOU are going to be next!
Come with me and explore the best Budapest has to offer. From UNESCO world heritage sites, such as the Old Royal Palace, Heroes' Square, Mathias Church, Fishermen's Bastion, St Stephen's Cathedral, the Parliament to places of special interest such as the Covered Food Market, the Jewish Quarter and the magical spas, I will ensure you get the most out of your Budapest stay.
Travel like everyday residents of the city on the old underground, the legendary yellow trams or take walks - the best way to experience Budapest. However, if you prefer to explore the world in comfort, let's discover the city in a private car/minivan together.
If you have an extended stay in Hungary, join me and visit some of my favorite places on a half-day or full-day tour near Budapest. Medieval castles, charming little villages, picturesque farms and unbeatable hospitality are waiting for you.
All my tours are fully customized to your interests and flexible on the day(s) to take account of any special events taking place or the weather. With me, as your own private guide, you will have the time to fully experience everything, stopping to take the perfect photo or popping into one of the historical cafés, wine bars and/or shops we pass.
Be my guest. You will get a lot more in Budapest and Hungary than you have ever imagined!
A Recent Review of this guide
Nikolett is a warm and gifted tour guide. My wife and I spent 8 hours with her. We saw so much, from the fabulous sites to landmarks from the period of communism to the impressive Budapest subway. We also had a lovely lunch at a local restaurant with her. She is a very good conversationalist and I left feeling that I had learned a lot about her wonderful country and the critical events in its history. I would strongly recommend.

My tours are either light/moderate walking tours or very comfortable tours by private car/minivan. In the latter case, since I am not a driver, clean & comfortable A/C-d private cars/minivans with driver are organized for the tour.
