Hello, Planning a trip ? I have lived in San Francisco since 1988 and I cannot imagine living anywhere else in the world. I love watching people's reactions to the San Francisco sights we visit. It's an American city that doesn't look like most American cities. I recently saw a documentary film about the San Francisco bay area. It described this as a place where civilization meets wilderness. That is a great description of the allure of living here. In less than 30 minutes you can feel like you're in a National Geographic television show. I have been a commercial photographer for over 20 years so I have an eye for the most scenic and breathtaking places to take people. As much as I enjoy guiding San Francisco tours I also enjoy the areas to the north and south of San Francisco, especially Marin county's national seashore and other environs. I enjoy telling stories to visitors that add a dimension to what people see. I have a warm personality, a great sense of humor and I really enjoy showing people the charm of the city and the grandeur of the rest of the San Francisco bay area. It's fun to watch and share people's joy and amazement when they see the high points of San Francisco and the surrounding areas. Ready to smile ? Climb aboard ! Also, because of excessive travel time I do not do pickups and drop offs outside SF city limits. I meet customers at agreed upon convenient SF locations.
