The Georgian part of the city we will take in Queen Square, The Circus & Assembly Rooms (fashion museum located here) and ultimately the iconic masterpiece The Royal Crescent

The full day tours are with me as driver/guide. The afternoon tour for Bath is gentle walking. I suggest you visit the Roman Baths separately (handsets provided) to make the best use of my guiding time.

Start and end with the city center sights then escape the crowds to the beautiful parks, peaceful countryside, the canal, and hills.

Time for a tea/coffee stop is allowed.

Learn about the residents of the city- past and present! You will see many of the main attractions but also the views and areas of Bath which tourists often miss and locals love. Fantastic photo opportunities.

Please note this tour can alternatively be a thorough tour of the city itself rather than the city plus the canal and viewpoint hill, which is rather energetic!

Bath City and Country Walk Half Day Tour

This is a lovely leisurely way to discover Bath. ( NB. Bridgerton tours a speciality and listed separately). My wealth of knowledge of the city will be enthusiastically presented to delve into all aspects of Bath both past and present. Sometimes you will visit to a place and get monotonous dates and unknown people. I try not to dwell on all of this, although my history is impeccable. I would like you to see the real city. The stories around its origins, its growth and demise and its resurgence in modern times as one of the most visited places in Britain.

I hope you leave my tour feeling it was exceptional and that you really felt you had 'touched' Bath and that it had got under your skin
