11 am: pick up at your hotel Pulitzer Amsterdam and taxi (included) to the Van Gogh Museum at Museum Square.

1. 15 pm: a 1. 5 hours private canal cruise on an antique salon boat with pick up at Museum Square and drop off at the Anne Frank House. We'll have a luxury lunch onboard (included). There are drinks onboard for fair prices (not included).

Day 1: Canal tour Amsterdam and two museums of your choice with your own art historian on 2024 Aug 8

This major survey exhibition at the Rijksmuseum of paintings by Frans Hals will come about through a collaboration between the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the National Gallery in London and the Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem. More than 50 paintings from leading collections worldwide will represent the best work by one of the greatest portraitists in art history.

FRANS HALS is another not-to-miss blockbuster in the Rijksmuseum, after VERMEER in spring 2023. The Vermeer exhibit was sold out two days after the opening, so please book on time! FRANS HALS will be in the Rijksmuseum February 16 until June 9 2024.

After visiting the exhibit there's time for a guided tour by your own private art historian in the Gallery of Honour, to see Hals's contemporaries; Rembrandt, Vermeer and Jan Steen.

Tickets FRANS HALS for up to 4 people, an introduction, hand-out and a guided tour in the Gallery of Honour included. There's time to ask questions during a break in the Rijksmuseum cafe.

Frans Hals at Rijksmuseum Amsterdam: Don't miss out! Feb 16 - June 9 2024

You already booked tour CHRKRH, three hours for a city walk in Utrecht on April 25. Please book the tour for 5 more hours, private transportation (my small Citroen C1), mileage and parking included, and tickets for De Haar Castle.
This third tour is for entrance fees for Museum Speelklok, the Dom Tower and Dom Under (Roman ruins). If time allows we will also see the Sint-Willibrordkerk. We need the three bookings for the total experience.

Our itinerary will be:
10 am: pick up at the Monet Garden Hotel in Amsterdam and drive in my Citroen C1 to De Haar castle for a stroll in the gardens and a castle visit. Later we will drive to Utrecht, park in city center and do a city walk in your own pace. There's time for a coffee break and/or lunch.
5. 30-6 pm drop off at your hotel in Amsterdam.
