Born to a Japanese mother and a French father, my upbringing instilled in me a deep passion for food and a curiosity for diverse cultures. Having lived abroad for the majority of my life, I eventually found my home in Japan a decade ago. Over the past seven years, I've honed my culinary skills as a chef, specializing in both Japanese and French cuisine. As an entrepreneur, I also founded a food tour company in Kyoto, driven by my desire to share the rich culinary heritage of Japan with travelers seeking immersive and enlightening experiences.
