Before working as a Certified National Tour Guide, I had worked for seafood industry for over 20years with experiences of visiting many foreign countries, such as U. S. A, Canada, Norway, Iceland, U. K. , Holland, Poland, Russia, Chile, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and others…. As well as visiting many foreign countries, I also visited many places all over Japan, from north to south.

I used to live in the east coast of the U. S. for participating in master's program for International Community Economic Development where I met people from many countries with various backgrounds.
With those experiences, I think I had got communication skills for people from various cultural backgrounds. And, those experiences inspired me to become a guide to introduce Japan to people from all over the world. I think Japan is very attractive country on both culture and nature.

I am a Certified National Tour Guide who is authorized by Japan National Tourism Agency which is an external bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Yokohama is one of the biggest cities in Japan with 3. 7 million population. Yokohama has a big port and port-centered city. During the middle of 19centuries, Yokohama was the one of the ports which opened to great power nations, such as U. S. A, U. K, Holland, France and Russia. I would like to show you both old and modern Yokohama on this private tour. Especially, Sankeien Garden is one of the places I would like you to see. You can see old traditional Japanese style buildings in wide area. Most of old houses and buildings were brought from Kyoto and other places and reconstructed in Yokohama. You can see beautiful Japanese style old houses and buildings and enjoy seasonal flowers in most of every season. You can choose 2 or 3places I recommend in the itinerary.

Kamakura used to be functioned as the administration place during the 12~14th centuries. Kamakura was the center of Japan and the culture. Here, Kamakura is the place where Samurai society based on the feudal system established over 700years from 12 centuries. Physically, it is surrounded by sea and mountain, which makes Kamakura more attractive place. Through the tour, you will visit "must see" places in Kamakura, such as Great Buddha, Hase Temple, Sugimoto Temple(or Moss stairs temple), Houkokuji Temple(or Bamboo temple) and Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Also, you can enjoy eating Japanese food , shopping in Komachi street. Let's explore Kamakura!
