"This is the story of the History" My name is Vincenzo, I am Italian and I have been living in Rome for 25 years. I am an expert of Foreign Languages, History, European Art and Culture. I started my education with subjects related to architecture and then moved on to a BA degree in foreign languages and literature, arts and history of Europe. I have an MA of Fine Arts and teaching experience in the UK educational system. I started working in tourism when I was 25, travelling all over Europe leading educational tours for many years. Then I decided to settle in Rome and I have been a local guide here ever since. That makes 19 years of meeting people from all over the world and showing them the beauty of the Eternal City. I love walking through the streets of Rome because there are so many great places, so much history, beauty and you can see everything from close by. Every aspect of this city is made of layers. You can start with the external layer of beauty, then get deeper into history or art, or legends. In my approach to the clients, I am able to understand what the people on my tour are going to enjoy the most, so I adapt the commentary and the itinerary to their interests. There are times of the day when the light is perfect for pictures, places where you can see fine details of architecture or interior decoration, shops where you can get into an interesting conversation and learn so much from a local vendor. Some like storytelling, some fun facts and anecdotes. There is something in for everyone. I offer many types of tours and I can customize itineraries for couples, families or small groups of friends travelling together. - I am a licensed guide, I have no limitations of any kind and I can access any place of cultural interest and guide you in any of the languages I am proficient in.
