Hi! I'm Cecilia and I'm an Art Historian and a Certified Tour Guide. I hold BA (Hons) and Masters degree in History and Art, and I have worked in the tourism industry since 2006. I've got an in-depth knowledge of the history of Rome that is my passion, therefore I love to convey my enthusiasm to the group. I'm able to share my knowledge in an engaging, illuminating and entertaining way. I decided to become a tour guide because I'm in love with Rome, the eternal city where at every corner you could find out an archeological site or you could discover a church with Baroque frescoes and I like to share everything I know and love with people from all over the world. I think that it's incredible to feel the atmosphere of Rome where the sacred connects to art it's the reason why when I drive the tour I would like the tourist to live a complete experience that is not just about the tour itself but it's also about the daily life. I'm a food lover and of course in Italy food is another important part of the cultural heritage that I like sharing with tourists! Anyway, my life is completely focused on art so another my big passion is music. . . I'm a classical musician as well and when I'm not working as a tour guide I'm playing in the orchestra. I also love traveling, meeting new people and cultures so I can 't wait to do the next tour!
