I am Giorgio, a licensed Tour Leader specialized in experiential tourism with a special passion for Food tours. I define myself a Food guide because, basically, I am a foodie and I have been traveling Sicily for 20 years to discover all the most traditional and genuine local food specialties and wine.
I have been working for 19 years in tourism, promotion and leading. I am really passionate about my island and especially about its food, an important evidence of the long and complex history of Sicily.  

The mix of cultures who dominated Sicily has left here an incredible heritage, sometimes changing radically the face of this exotic island. The comprehension of Sicily is endless. You can follow many ways to get to it, the incredible art treasures, the amazing landscapes or its food culture. The current Sicily is the result of more than 3. 000 years of intense history. The heart of the Mediterranean.
