Hi everyone I am Elisa. Travelling in Italy is always a unique and endless discovery, given that it is a small country but it offers an infinite variety of experiences. There is such a huge heritage that you could come several times and always meet different traditions, history, flavors, life styles. Breathtaking landscapes, romantic villages and lake view restaurants: Lake Como needs few introductions. Known all over the world, loved by numerous VIPs where you can discover some of its most suggestive corners. A few kilometers from Milan, it offers pleasant destinations for all tastes: a trip to the mountains with the family, a romantic walk along the lake, a visit to the sacred or literary places, a boat tour to the villas overlooking the banks and to the charming ancient villages. Since 2005 I am working in tourism industry, as an employee, manager and free lance. My 360° experience has permitted me to develop a deep knowledge of travelers needs and expectations, increasing my skills on customer care and problem solving related to services management and unexpected issues. I am a very personable and flexible person, being so curious and travel addicted. I developed ability to interpret the needs of a group, patience, authority combining a down to earth attitude. I consider myself knowledgeable and insightful, friendly and accommodating. I always take one more step than I thought I could, looking for a way to move outside my comfort zone so that I can test new approaches. I prefer new challenges instead of repeated and routine activities. As I am used to take risks and try new experiences I am able to support others doing the same, that creates complicity and empathy. Working as a full-time tour guide since five years, step by step, my views have broadened sharing this experience with guests from all over the world.
