Despite my academic background, my true passion lies in the culinary arts. I pursued a culinary education and graduated with top honors from the Italian Chef Academy in Florence. In recognition of my thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene, I hold a valid HACCP certificate. Following my graduation, I had the opportunity to work as an assistant chef at the same prestigious academy where I received my culinary training. I completed internships at a cooking school in Florence and a local pastry shop, where I specialized in baking and pastry-making.
