Discover Bologna and its most authentic flavors! Strolling under the porticoes we will taste together the best of the local culinary tradition starting without a doubt with fresh pasta, the flagship of Bolognese gastronomy, with the famous tortellini, tortelloni alla ricotta, tagliatelle, balanzoni and much more. We will then make a stop at the Quadrilatero, the city's historic open-air market open since the Middle Ages, where like the Bolognese we will go shopping to find the tastiest delicacies for our table: here we will stop at the city's oldest osteria where we will taste typical cold cuts and cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, salame rosa and Mortadella IGP accompanied by a glass of the classic wines of the area (Lambrusco and Pignoletto) ending with an excellent and refreshing gelato!
