Your most welcome in the Asia's oldest national park named "CORBETT NATIONAL PARK". Meet myself Ravi, My journey has started since my childhood, little memories in my head was about running barefoot in the forest of Corbett.

My first encounter with wildlife with a group of friend as part of nature walk inside the national park, organized by forest depart on the occasion of annual wildlife conservation event named "Wildlife Week". While attending this we all interact with each other and share our experiences after a nature walk inside the forest and across the river.
When I moved to college I was a part of National Social Services (NSS) and at there I engaged myself in some social and conservation activities. My involvement with this is to organize plantation, Plastic clean-up programme, Waste management etc.
With all these, I have started volunteer with WWF-India and some other local organization and during this time my work is to organize nature walk, awareness workshop etc.
And after sometime in forest department they offer me to apply for the guide as per my passion and past experience. I applied and got selected and took guide training organized by forest department.
After getting this I continuously doing guide work in the Corbett National Park. My experience is very diverse from pick up tourist form the airport to airport, in which I organized daily things for the guest as per the requirement. On jungle safari we have a good communication between other guides, gypsy driver and park authorities so that it's good to know the availability of the Tiger in the forest area. it's very good to coordinate with between all of us, not only for the tourist but also for a healthy tourism.
My safari routine started mostly around 4:00 am everyday in the morning, then moving to jungle (Around 6:00 am, sometimes depends on weather) with the tourist in different location as per the requirement.
Other part of my work is to organize wildlife photography in the Corbett National Park, and most of the tourist came here only for bird watching and bird photography, so I offered as per the requirement
Great Hornbill, Great Slaty Woodpecker, Red Breast Parakeet, Ibis Bill, Brown Fish Owl, Spot Bellied Eagle Owl, Asian Paradise Flycatcher, Long Tailed Broad Bill, Indian Pitta, Common Green Magpie etc.
Other areas of my interest are wildlife trekking and hiking. I am certified with government to organize trekking and hiking in the specified area.

Join me on this tour to see a beautiful and rich forest and wildlife, the Shivalik Himalayan birds, the charming place of Uttarakhand. In this area we have two different terrains, one is Kumaon and one is Garhwal. The forest area is very famous for bird watching and bird photography, an amazing more than 500 birds type have been found here. This is one of the most unique charms of this area and in a Jungle safari inside the Corbett National Park, we'll see look for the Tiger and wildlife.

If you truly want to experience the forest then take a deep breath and walk through it. Generally, I prefer to take a 100 to 200 mt trail across the village near the forest in which we'll cover village walk, crossing river, and bird watching. I offer guided treks around the Corbett National Park and in the surrounding area of the reserve forest.

On this tour, I'll take you on a jungle safari from any of these locations: Bijrani, Jhirna, and Jhirna. I will organize a river walk along with villages surrounding the area of Corbett National Park.

I will take you on an easy to moderate walk (Depend on guest requirement) inside the village and interact with the local community to know about the culture, village life, and their practices.

Multi-Day Private Tour - Jungle Walking Safari in Corbett Park

Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national park in India and was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the endangered Bengal tiger. It is located in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand and was named after Jim Corbett, a well-known hunter and naturalist. The park was the first to come under the Project Tiger initiative.

Corbett has been a haunt for tourists and wildlife lovers for a long time. Tourism activity is only allowed in selected areas of Corbett Tiger Reserve so that people get an opportunity to see its landscape and wildlife safely.
