I have a MS in software engineering and an MBA, and worked in IT for over 20 years before pursuing my passion for the outdoors full-time. 

I enjoy exploring the Icelandic highlands, travelling around my beautiful country, super truck winter adventures, hiking, fishing and hunting. 

I like to collect information about Icelandic history, folklore, geology and geography – and  I enjoy sharing and introducing this knowledge with my clients.

I have been a guide full-time since the spring of 2006 and I am very flexible adjusting my tour to my customers needs.

Day 1: We will visit the beautiful shout shore of Iceland where the back sand beach stretches for miles and miles. On the way we will see the basalt columns at Reynisfjara and the majestic waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógarfoss. The highlight of the day is the Katla ice-cave in Myrdalsjökull glacier.
Day 2: we will embark on a journey to Landmannalaugar with its colorful mountains and natural hot spring. Remember to bring your swimsuit so you can relax in the warm water, I will bring towels. On the way we will visit Rauðaskál crater and Hekla volcano, the waterfalls Hjálparfoss and Háifoss, the canyons Gjáin & Sigöldugil and the volcano crater Ljótipollur.


South Shore & Katla ice-cave and Landmannalaugar

We aim to drive up Langjökull glacier—weather permitting—and finish at the magnificent Gullfoss waterfall, where you'll hear the tale of a young farm girl who became its guardian angel.
