Hi, my name is Julia and I'm a professional tour guide since 2017. I was born and raised here in the beautiful Upper Rhine area. Very close to the Black Forest with its lovely little villages and charming cities on one site and one the other site very close to the river Rhine. The river Rhine is the border between Germany and France. On the french site there is the Alsatian Region with its capital Strasbourg and on the german site one of the most beautiful cities is Baden-Baden. So when I was a young girl my parents showed my sister and me all the highlights and secrets of our region. I was so impressed by all the beauty and history, that's why I decided to learn more about it. In 2016 I went to a tourism school in Freiburg and became a professional tour guide. I want to create the perfect experience for you and show you all the beauty and the secrets of our region and complete it with personal anecdotes and passion. Either at a walking tour through the picturesque citycenter of Strasbourg with its breathtaking gothic cathedral or at a walking tour through the charming Baden-Baden with its "belle époque" architecture. Our region is also very famous for its wine - learn more about the manufacturing process (and of course the taste) and visit one of the top wineries in Baden-Baden.
