Bonjour, My name is Mathilde and I would be very glad to welcome you on the Riviera. Although I am new on TBL I have a long time experience as Certified tour guide and driver-guide. Let me tell you briefly my story. I was born in Normandy. Close your eyes and imagine walking on Omaha Beach. It's raining, it's cold, you feel the wind. Yep, a normal day in Normandy! I climbed many times to the top of Mont Saint Michel, the 8th wonder in the world. . . In the Loire Valley, I learnt some of the secrets of the French monarchy. I worked there too. . . The color I remember when I think about Provence? Purple, of course, because of the lavender fields! The taste I will never forget? The full bodied red wine of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. For many years that I live in Nice, the weather is treating me well here. . . I learned everything about the history, the culture, the geography and the way of life of the French Riviera. The French Riviera has got so much to offer from the Alps to the Mediterranean sea with amazing cities and hilltop villages. Many artists have come here as it is so inspiring. If I had to describe this area, I would say: the mountains falling into the sea and the authentic food! Those years of experience taught me how to make sure you will spend the best day in my region. Nothing pleases me more than someone who decides to come back after discovering the Riviera with me. I work in a way that I consider as "tailor-made". You don't take "my tours", I provide the tour which is the most adapted to you. If you want something family oriented, or cultural, or relaxed, or adapted to first-timers, of for foodies, or a mix of all that, then I adapt myself to make sure you remember this tour for years.
