Tour guide in Marseille Beatrice D.M.

Hello everyone and welcome to Marseille! My name is Beatrice, and I am an Italian tour guide living in the south of France. I fell in love with Marseille and its vibrant charm three years ago, and I never left. I always say that Marseille is a special city where everyone can feel at home ! It is a multicultural city where the French culture blends with that of other peoples born in the Mediterranean basin: Italians, Spanish, and North Africans. All these different cultures can be recognized in the oriental fragrances and aromas, in the colors, in the food, and in the countless different languages spoken in the streets ! I have a Master’s degree in Art History, so my strong suit is definitely history and art, but I’m also ready to introduce you to the local cuisine, typical dishes and drinks, and the places where real Marseillais go. I offer here some of my Marseille tours that will allow us to discover the wonders, secrets, and traditions of this wonderful city. I am open to suggestions and changes, and we can create together the tour you would most like to do! I also offer tours in the countryside so I’m available to take you to explore the beautiful Avignon and its famous palace, Aix-en-Provence, Arles… and of course, the famous lavender fields between June and July.
