Bonjour, my name is Thomas, born in the 80s in Lens, the North of France, and arrived in Paris in early 2000 I've been adopted by Paris, I traveled for around 7 years in Asia, China mainly, but not only, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines as well. I've worked since 2008 in the wine and spirits business, so today my activity which is a blend of tourism, gastronomy, and wine came naturally on the table. Today my goal is to share all the beauties and delicacies that France provides, at the corner of the street of your Paris hotel, in a small village of the Marne Valley, in a cave of the Loire Valley, or at the top of the cliff of Normandy coast . . . . There is so much to see, to try, to discover out there, I'll be very happy to help you to discover our beautiful country. Specially dedicated to wines, spirits, and gastronomy, in this jungle of strange names, rules, appellations, and counterexamples, I will always be interested in understanding the level of wine knowledge different people have while guiding. The point again is to make you enjoy your day entirely.
