Tour guide in Sal Chan

I am Chan Sal, I was born here on Sal island. Since childhood I enjoyed stories and knowing about my island. I learned a lot about it with my grandmother on Sunday walks when we collected firewood. I worked for the first time with tourism in 2005 and I liked it very much. I returned to my studies while working in a resort and a community radio. There for 5 years I could present and contribute to the appreciation of our culture on the island - from music, stories, local life and experiences from the people of Sal. At the time I did tours as my hobby. During my free time, I like to walk around the island meeting new people and give them a good experience on Sal island sharing our Morabeza. I graduated as a tour guide and since 2016 I dedicate myself to show visitors the best of our island of Sal. It is very rewarding for me to be able to contribute to the visitor and make sure they take good memories of the island and tourism which is the industry of happiness. I am here to be happy with you.
