Hide was amazing! His English was fluent and he was so patient during the tour with our family (consists of our parents over age 60 and our 1 year old daughter). We saw everything on the itinerary and took great family photos. We learned a lot of interesting facts and gained local insight. He even got in line with my husband to help us book train tickets to Kyoto. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend booking with him as a guide when you visit Tokyo.
