Salsa is the most popular music genre and dance in Puerto Rico, find out why!
This is the one where I moonlight as your Salsa instructor and in around 2 1/2 hours, you get the whole experience: the walking with sightseeing, the cultural dance lesson, and the gastronomic delight.
We will begin our warm up by walking from Plaza Darsenas through Paseo la Princesa and La Puerta de San Juan, giving you a magnificent opportunity to take a look at our breathtaking bay from many different angles, as well as a view of the city from the outside and then in. This will be how we make our way to the restaurant where we will have our private lesson, followed by a delicious meal, giving you an all-around experience, even if you only have a couple of hours at shore or to explore the city.
The meal is Mofongo Relleno which are plantains, mashed with butter and garlic to perfection. This will be filled with either: chicken, fried pork or vegetables. To accompany this dish you will have the choice of a Don Q Rum drink or a soft drink and water.
