A modifiable to hiking / bicycle tour with a private guide
This is a hiking or biking tour through the fishing industry of BC as well as beautiful riverbank along Fraser river. It traverses through on-the-stakes homes by Finn slough into canneries shipyards into Steveston fishing village where it is possible to enjoy seafood in a picturesque setting of a modern fishing neighbourhood. One of the former canneries is now made into a museum that greatly displays the past of fishing and canning industry of British Columbia. It can be broken into sections. Only the highlights can be walked or biked and the distance between them can be covered by the vehicle. The pace also determines time taken for lunch at Steveston village or Tea break at London farm or other bakeries.
From Finn sloug to Gary park a long stretch along the river diversity of interest from historical farming to fishing. Then further up north along the marchy beach on Georgia Straight. It can be hiked or biked. Or interesting parts can be accessed by vehicle. Sights and interests are diverse.

Meeting location: It can be anywhere in downtown or Vancouver. (Cruise Terminal / Hotels etc)
End location: Transfer to your hotel can be arranged or you may wish to spend rest of your time at Steveston to enjoy cafes seafood restaurants or simply scenery.
