Walking and boat tour
Back and forth to Capri, the Paradise on earth, second homeland for many poets and artists, who chose to live and die here. The island offers different aspects and activities. We can decide freely (according to weather conditions) how you wish to spend the day.
On the island of Capri there are two different towns: Capri and Anacapri.
An enjoyable tour of Capri Town will take at least two hours: from the port of Capri Marina Grande, the town is reached by taking the funicular-cable car (€1. 80 per person one way) to the main square ("piazzetta"). Once there, we can explore the town's narrow, medieval alleys, its elegant boutique-lined streets, and its beautiful gardens.
We can take a minibus (€10 back and forth from Marina Grande- Anacapri-Capri-Marina Grande) to the city of Anacapri, where we can visit the museum "Villa Axel Munthe" after the name of the Swedish doctor who owned the villa and decorated it with his collection of Roman remains and furnishing of different styles.
We could also take the chair-lift to the top of the highest mount in Capri "Monte Solaro", the view up there is. . . breathtaking. The historic centre of Anacapri is also worth a visit.
