Visit the largest salt mines in Europe AND the summer Royal Family residence. All, in just one day.
The tour will start at a convenient hour, it's not a very long tour. First, we'll head to Slanic Prahova to visit the largest salt mines in Europe. Before reaching our first destination we may visit a local small business, the Glass Factory, where you will find various unique handmade glass items. We'll spiral down by minivans at a depth of 210 meters beneath the surface to the Unirea Salt Mines, where we'll visit the amazing 14 chambers, having a height of 60 meters.
From Slanic Prahova we'll head to Sinaia to climb to Cota 1400 by cable car or to visit the summer Royal Family residence (Peleș Castle) and the local traditional market by its entrance.
