I have got a Master Degree in History of Art, so I'm a part-time teacher as well!
I 'll be glad to help you visit Sicily: Palermo, Trapani, Scopello, Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, Erice, Monreale, etc. and many other places. I also provide a Find Your Roots Tour, if you are originally Sicilian and you want to discover your family's history or meet relatives still living here!
I play the role of a "cultural ambassador", offering commentary and interesting tidbits of information, which allows visitors to fully experience and enjoy the Sicilian social, cultural and historical heritage.
My tour of Sicily are unique. Thanks to my specialization in medieval art, this island is the perfect place where to be. But, most of all, I would like to share with you my knowledge and my studies about Sicily.
This island is the cradle of the Mediterranean area, the meeting point of many cultures. Follow me and you will discover many secrets that could touch also your history's heritage.
I love my Land, I am very proud of my Heritage and I want to be sure that my customers will taste at least a bite of this passion!
A Recent Review of this guide
We were on a Mediterranean Cruise and we chose Valentina to give us a guided, walking tour of Palermo when our ship stopped there for the day. There were 6 in our group--3 teenagers and 3 adults. Valentina is very friendly and her personality worked well with all ages in our group. She is extremely knowledgeable about Palermo, and we learned so much more than we would have if we walked the city on our own. Her lunch recommendation following our tour was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Valentina!
