Caron was amazing! What a breath of fresh air to have a one-on-one tour guide after being in massive group tours in Rome. She was knowledgeable, funny, welcoming, and basically knew all the merchants on our tour. The meal we had with her was by far the best meat we had in Italy. I really can't say enough good about our tour with her - it was absolutely the highlight of our time in Italy.
