Falmouth, which is the capital of the parish of Trelawny in Jamaica is situated between the towns of Ocho Rios and Montega Bay. The town of Falmouth contains the largest collection of Georgian style building in the country and is known to have piped water installed before the city of New York.
Some of the inreresting historical buildings in Falmouth are: the Court House, Saint Peter's Anglican Church which is one of the oldest churches in Jamaica, Falmouith All Age School which is housed in a former army barrack called Fort Balcarres.

See the Greenwood Great House which once belonged to the Barretts of Wimpole Street, London and now houses the largest collection of musical instrument on the Island.

Falmouth post office which is located on Market Street is a functioning building from the Georgian era.

Martha Brae River lies on the outskirts of the town and is famous for lazily rafting down the shaded river, experiencing tranquility at its best!
