My name is Lidia and I have been working as a professional guide in St. Pete and a tour leader in Russia and Asia for 3 years. As an experienced traveler I appreciate how important a guide can be for enhancing a visitor's experience. Getting to know a new place with a local makes all the difference! Do you want to hear the stories in which I'll seamlessly blend history, legends, architecture, art and the modern perspective?
I became a licensed tour guide 3 years ago. Before that I worked as an technical interpreter on different projects. That was new, intresting and challenging for me who always specialized in European literature and Art. At the present time I am a German tutor, a guide and a tour leader. Since the last years I lead groups, both big and small, that include high school students, businessmen and other adults, as well as retirees from many corners of the world. I love taking people around my city and country. I love they tell me so much about their culture and life!
I adore this city and all it's peculiarities and I love sharing it with new-comers and returning visitors—anyone who wants to know not only about the dancing bears on the streets or Siberians who are not afraid the cold, but why St. Petersburg is not the capital anymore and how it is to live in a 30-year-old country. I'll tell you these and other fascinating things you never knew about this amazing place I call home and I will share with you as many as possible.
Contact me with any questions! I look forward to providing you with a memorable and exciting visit to Russia!
See you soon!
