I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro city and I live in Copacabana.
I'm a person that likes to travel, to practice sports and has a good sense of humor. When I guide the tourists, I like to show them urban art, architecture, local food, music and explain the differences about each area of the city (related to lifestyle, urban development, cost of living, best beaches, big events) for a better understanding.
Graduated in Business, I've already worked as a Marketing Analyst for big corporations such as The Coca-Cola Company and VIVO (Telecom company). In 2015, I started a new career at the Tourism market working for tour companies as a licensed guide. The commitment to provide a high quality of service, knowledge and good communication skills led me to guide hundreds of times including the logistics support of Oakley guests during the Olympics and the transport coordination of the Owners Forum, an event that took place at the Belmond Copacabana Palace in 2016/2017.
It's a pleasure to meet every week tourists from all over the world to show the wonders of the city where I live and tell them histories and curiosities about the places that we visit.
I hope you have a great time in this amazing place.
I would like to invite you not only to visit the main attractions, but off-the-beaten-path places and experience the Carioca (how the locals are called) lifestyle.
I propose in my ToursByLocals page a group of services that will permit you to cover the most interesting places and activities inside the city.
Feel free to send me a message, in case you have a doubt or a specific need related to any service
described in my page. It's a pleasure to help and clarify your questions before the purchase of a service.
Welcome to Rio de Janeiro.
A Recent Review of this guide
Petrina and I enjoyed an excellent, enjoyable and interesting tour. Bruno speaks good English and is informative throughout and was sensitive to our preferences at stops etc. The itinerary he worked out complemented our request to visit particular sights. He timed out stops at the Redeemer and Sugarloaf perfectly and we had great visibility. He organised our tickets and somehow had the knack of getting us in the preferential line! The short lunch stop he chose at a typical Carioca trattoria was excellent.
