Both Volker and Luciano were very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. They were accommodating to our various needs and very patient. They made us feel comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend them. This excursion was great! We were a group of six (ages ranged from 17 to 67). Thank you both for a job well done!!!!!
