What a fabulous day we had with Vicky! She picked us up right on time and drove to the public market, speaking excellent English and giving us some historical background about Brazil and Sao Paolo along the way. We made a seafood stew called Moqueca, also a spicy onion guava pepper sauce for cooked cheese, and a Caipirinha cocktail. It was a hands-on experience and we made everything from scratch. We highly recommend.
