Unfortunately, miscommunication from your website lead us to miss each other at the airport. Your website should give proper instructions on local dialing (country code, local details etc.)so that newly arrived passengers can reach their guide, and/or the Canadian head office. We were unable to reach anyone on arrival at RIO. Your office had forwarded to Leandro old information about our flight time.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: As showed to Mrs. Tamo,this problem at their arrival was due to a wrong information from Tourbylocals. at the Confirmed booking report. They understood what happened and agreed with me,l that it wasn't my fault.

Leandro was not advised of the new flight info because that was never sent to us in the office. And in regards to provide local dialing information and details, that can be obtained by asking our local guides prior to the trip, since they are updated and aware of how their countries' unique telecommunication system work.

Leandro went above anything I expected. Besides common curtesy of opening doors, etc. he would even pull out of tight parking spots to allow easier entry into his car! I was a small woman, older, traveling alone, and I felt extremely safe and well cared for!!!!!!! He even went inside to the airline terminal which I NEVER expected! 50 stars not 5!
