Communication was good prior to the trip. The guides were helpful and informative. I paid for a 2 day trip though and didn't get what I paid for and what was agreed upon by email. The second day was supposed to be an extra long itinerary and because the original guide, Dara, sent a replacement guide for this day, we only received a single day. I feel, therefore, that I only got 75% of what I paid for. The guides were polite, though, and we enjoyed the trip.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry and surprised to hear that you don't think you received what you paid for. I told them that I was not able to guide them on the second day of their tour, before the tour was booked, so as per the customer's request I found a qualified substitute to guide them. We may not be perfect but we always give our best to provide high quality service.
TOURSBYLOCALS RESPONSE: Guide was surprised with this feedback and issue was discussed between guide and his support manager. We contacted the customer but at this point, we have not heard back from him.
