Very good could be improved by listening more to what the client wants and not being so fixed on the tour the guide wants to lead e.g. we were more interested in getting oriented to subway/ buses, café etiquette, places to eat, some simple language issues than seeing old buildings the Company could assist by giving clients an opportunity to express their interests by email to the guide in advance of tour
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I hope that you enjoyed your visit to Paris. I am sorry that we did not fully discuss your needs before the beginning of our tour. I expect that my explanation on how to manage the Metro and information regarding the restaurants were of some help during your stay in Paris.
TOURSBYLOCALS RESPONSE: Thanks for your suggestion Richard. We agree that the ability to express your interests in advance of a tour is important, and this email communication is already an integral part of our system. Travelers can communicate with guides both before and after booking a tour by clicking "Ask a question" on the guide's profile page.
