Punctual in picking us up, friendly, informative, but unfortunately was VERY pre-occupied with his cell phone and checked it frequently for messages. He lives in Girona and told us that he knew everything about the city - but his knowledge of the Jewish quarter was essentially non-existent. We had been told by others that this town had a rich Jewish history, but this was skimmed over by Miquel. Disappointing. Overall, a good day, but a more informed and attentive tour guide would have made it even better.
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: I felt very bad and surprised about this review. To check the time I use my phone and when I must answer my in -what is rare- I always ask the customer's permission. I showed them Girona like I always do. 90% of my guests are Jewish Americans, they are very interested in the Jewish history of Girona. They all finish happy and we learn a lot from each other. When I know my guests are Jewish, I focus more on the Jewish history of the city.I will take this feedback as a lesson to learn and improve my service
