I booked a tour to the DMZ to discover where my uncle (who was killed in Vietnam) was stationed. Thuan was excellent. He did a lot of research in advance (and provided me with notes he had discovered about my uncle's company) and his English was very good. We visited Khe Sahn, two sites where my uncle's company was stationed, the bridge that divided north/south Vietnam, had a yummy lunch and also toured a number of relics/museums/cemeteries. I also really enjoyed seeing the countryside in the car. A+!
TOUR GUIDE RESPONSE: Thank you for your nice comments, Stacey. I also got a lot of experiences after doing the Battlefield tour in DMZ with you and your husband. During the time I searched the information for your tour that help me understand more about young generation in America like you. You guys, who were born after Vietnam war and maybe father or uncle used to be in Vietnam, have the right to know more about the war what happened in Vietnam, what both Vietnamese and American had gone through. Have a good time, Stacey!!
