Gustavo was very knowledgeable about the city and about the art pieces in the Louvre. However, our experience was far from perfect. When he picked us up at the airport the van was not big enough for the seven of us--even though I had specified several times the size of our party and paid the extra money for a bigger car. Also, we traveled with a physically disabled child--something we had also specified prior to booking and Gustavo was not good at navigating the Louvre with a wheelchair--wasted time.
